About My Work

Yvette Weeks, LMFT

An integrative, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy

I work with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often emotionally fatigued from managing internal stress, relational patterns, or long-standing themes that haven’t shifted despite insight or prior therapy.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I attend not only to what you share verbally, but also to how your experience shows up emotionally and physically. Some sessions are reflective and conversational; others may be more experiential. The work is guided by careful listening, curiosity, and respect for your internal timing.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. Insight is welcome, but it isn’t required. What matters most is a willingness to engage in the process and to stay present with what unfolds — at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

I work best with individuals who value depth, clarity, and containment in therapy. Many of my clients are emotionally curious, psychologically minded, and open to exploring both present-day challenges and deeper relational patterns. The therapeutic relationship itself is central to the work — a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone, and where greater steadiness and self-trust can develop over time.

My practice is designed for individuals who are ready to engage actively in their therapeutic process. I offer private-pay telehealth psychotherapy to California residents and do not provide crisis or emergency services.
