My work is integrative and individualized, shaped by what each person brings into the room. Sessions draw from evidence-based psychotherapy and mind–body approaches to support clarity, regulation, and sustainable change. 

I work with attention to pacing, containment, and collaboration, so the process feels steady rather than rushed. When helpful, sessions may include focused attention or imagery-based techniques, used carefully and always within the scope of psychotherapy. 

The emphasis is on understanding patterns as they unfold, creating space for insight and integration, and moving forward in a way that feels grounded and intentional.

Telehealth Psychotherapy Only

All services are provided via telehealth over a secure video platform. 

Services are available to clients who are physically located in California at the time of session, in accordance with licensing requirements. 

Clients are responsible for ensuring a private, distraction-free environment during sessions.
